Are you a lender, broker, law firm, or a marketing site selling my MCA information?

I am nervous about filling out another form because every time I look for MCA help, more brokers start calling. Before I send statements and contracts, I want to know who I am dealing with. Are you the actual lender, a broker, a law firm, a debt settlement company, or a marketing site that sells my information to whoever pays for the lead?

You should ask that directly before sharing documents. A legitimate provider should identify the legal company name, role in the transaction, licensing or registration where applicable, who funds the deal, who services the payments, how your information is used, and whether your file is sold or shared with third parties. If the site will not say who is behind the offer, or if submitting one form triggers calls from multiple companies, treat that as a major trust issue. In MCA debt, information control matters because your contracts, bank statements, and default status are sensitive.
