How do I stop MCA brokers from calling and texting me every day?

I keep getting calls and texts from merchant cash advance brokers, sometimes from different numbers and different company names. I may have filled out a funding form months ago, but now it feels endless. Some of them keep calling after I tell them to stop. What can I do besides blocking numbers one by one?

Treat this like a recordkeeping problem first. Save call logs, screenshots, text messages, voicemails, company names, numbers, and any opt-out replies. Reply STOP to texts where appropriate, ask callers to identify the company, and clearly request removal from their list. Register numbers on the Do Not Call Registry if applicable. If calls continue after opt-out requests, use spoofed numbers, prerecorded messages, threats, or repeated harassment, there may be TCPA or state-law issues worth discussing with a consumer protection attorney. Also clean up old funding inquiries and lead forms that may have put your business into broker data lists.
